The Client: A small meeting of 20 executives on a 6 day 5 night retreat.
Day 1 – Arrival
- Meet & Greet at the Airport – We will be waiting for you at the airport to take you to your first destination. La Fortuna and the mighty Arenal Volcano.
- Private Transfer to Arenal – The drive out to Arenal is spectacular. Mountains and waterfalls await you on this journey towards one of the worlds top 10 most active volcanoes.
- Check In Tabacon Thermal Resort – One of the most sustainable hotels in Costa Rica. Tabacon Thermal Resort has a negative carbon footprint, this is how seriously they take their work.
- Welcome Cocktails – Upon arrival there will be a welcome cocktail and rooms will be assigned.
- Orientation – After check in and settle its time for a quick orientation. This is a good time to go over the next few days schedules and goals.
- Dinner at Thermal Hot Springs – Enjoy a buffet dinner at out countries most famous hot springs
Day 2 – Arenal
- Breakfast Meeting – Take in a morning meeting at breakfast. Private meeting space with full service breakfast is the start of your first full day on this green corporate retreat.
- Afternoon Group Canopy Tour & Hanging Bridges - Group activities are a great way to bring employees closer together. Work does not have to feel like “WORK”. These activities are meant to build trust and strengthen relationships. Start the tour on the famous Hanging bridges through the cloud and rain forest. Spotting several species of flora and fauna, birds, mammals, reptiles, an amazing array of sights and sounds await you. Then it’s on to the Ariel Tram to the top of the Arenal Reserve. The surrounding area is breathtaking. Once we reach the top it’s time for the adrenaline ride of a lifetime. Canopy Tours and ziplining are popular here, and we are going on one the most famous of them all. Zip from tree to tree and take in the surroundings as you go.
- Lunch – Back at the hotel or a group lunch
- Evening Work Presentation – Back to the business at hand, take the time you need to work on your companies objectives.
- Dinner at Thermal Hot Springs – Another night relaxing and discussing the days events. Buffet dinner and thermal springs
Day 3 – Arenal
- Breakfast - Enjoy a group breakfast before you morning tour
- Morning Tour – Several team building and group tours are available. Some more adventurous than others. From Rappelling down a series of waterfalls in the rain forest, to white water rafting, spelunking, to kayaking on the countries largest lakes with Arenal volcano ever present with you. On this day there are several options of tours and the group can stay together or split up according to interests.
- Lunch Meeting – Buffet lunch with the group and further meeting time to discuss company business.
- Free Time – Some time to yourself. The idea of a well balanced business retreat is the goal
- Dinner at Thermal Hot Springs – Another night relaxing and discussing the days events. Buffet dinner and thermal springs
Day 4 – Arenal – Manuel Antonio
- Breakfast – Enjoy a buffet breakfast before heading to the coast. You will be spending the next couple of days relaxing and getting ready to get back to the real world
- Private Ground or flight to Manuel Antonio – A scenic ride through the Costa Rica countrysides and cities, or a quick flight, Manuel Antonio awaits your group
- Private Transfer to Hotel
- Check In Si Como No – Another of our most celebrated eco conscience hotels.
- Welcome Cocktail - The red carpet awaits, or in this case the green carpet.
- Buffet Lunch
- Free Time
- Dinner on the town – The group is encouraged to go out on the town to experience the different cuisines available.
Day 5 – Manuel Antonio
- Buffet Breakfast – Group buffet with fresh tropical fruits, and all the trimmings
- Manuel Antonio Park Guided Tour with lunch – Another group tour with private naturalist guide. You will hike in the rainforest and learn about this amazing environment. Enjoy the 3 pristine beaches found in this area
- Free Time – Take some time to yourself
- Dinner on the town – The group is encouraged to go out on the town to experience the different cuisines available.
Day 6 – Departure
- Buffet Breakfast – Your last breakfast in paradise.
- Private Transfer to Airport – We start the journey back to reality. Your next green retreat already being planned as you go.
